TShirtTube is in prelaunch. This page explains how profile reservations, investor/brand inquiries, item profiles, digital Closets, public ownership records, and related data may work as the platform develops.

Terms of Service
By using the TShirtTube prelaunch page, creating an account, reserving a username, submitting an investor or brand inquiry, or interacting with TShirtTube services, you agree to these terms.
1. Prelaunch status
TShirtTube is currently in prelaunch. Features, pricing, product availability, claim tools, item profiles, public Closets, NFC/QR experiences, Digital Purchase Certificates, EXP systems, and Apparel Registry integrations may change before full launch.
2. Account and username reservation
Creating a prelaunch profile may reserve a username and create account records connected to your email, display name, username, public profile, and future TShirtTube features. Username reservations may be reviewed, modified, reclaimed, or removed if they are abusive, misleading, infringing, impersonating someone else, or violate platform rules.
3. Public profiles, Closets, and item records
TShirtTube is designed around public item ownership, public Closets, verified apparel, creator drops, and profile-linked products. If you claim items or connect social links, some information may become publicly visible, including username, display name, profile image, public social links, claimed items, item history, edition information, product ownership status, and related profile stats.
4. Digital Purchase Certificates and Apparel Registry
TShirtTube products may connect to Apparel Registry records, Digital Purchase Certificates, NFC/QR scans, serialized item profiles, and public proof of purchase or ownership. These records are intended to help verify authenticity, fight knockoffs, document product history, and show claim status.
5. Investor and brand inquiries
Submitting an investor or brand inquiry does not create an investment relationship, partnership, offer, acceptance, or obligation. Any investment opportunity, if available, will be made only through proper offering documents. Nothing on the prelaunch page is an offer to sell securities or a promise of returns.
6. No guarantee of value
TShirtTube may show item value, purchase price, ownership data, edition information, or profile stats. These are not guarantees of resale value, investment return, collectibility, future demand, or future product availability.
7. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the platform, impersonate others, submit false ownership claims, manipulate item records, copy registry identifiers, attack the site, scrape protected data, spam forms, or use TShirtTube to sell counterfeit goods or misrepresent products.
Privacy + Data Use
TShirtTube uses data to operate accounts, reserve usernames, process inquiries, prepare product launches, build profile features, verify items, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.
Information we may collect
- Account information such as name, username, email address, profile image, and authentication data.
- Prelaunch profile data such as reserved username, display name, profile status, and founder/prelaunch flags.
- Investor or brand inquiry information such as name, email, company/fund, investor type, estimated check size, message, and submission source.
- Public profile links such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, EXPTube, or other social links you provide.
- Product and ownership data such as claimed items, purchase records, product profiles, edition numbers, serial numbers, Digital Purchase Certificates, and Closet activity.
- Usage and security data such as scans, claim attempts, timestamps, browser/device data, App Check or anti-abuse signals, and error logs.
How we may use data
- To create and manage TShirtTube accounts and username reservations.
- To contact users, brands, creators, and investor leads who submit forms.
- To connect apparel items to public profiles, item pages, and digital Closets.
- To support NFC/QR verification, Apparel Registry records, Digital Purchase Certificates, and claim flows.
- To prevent fraud, fake claims, counterfeits, abuse, spam, or unauthorized registry edits.
- To improve the website, debug issues, secure the platform, and measure prelaunch interest.
Public information
TShirtTube is being built around public product verification and public profile flexing. If you choose to claim items, publish profile details, connect social links, or appear in item records, that information may be publicly visible.
Private information
We do not intend to publicly display passwords, private payment credentials, private internal admin data, or sensitive authentication data. Some purchase and item metadata may be public when it is part of a verification record.
Service providers
TShirtTube may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, payments, analytics, anti-abuse protection, production, fulfillment, and customer support. These services may process data as needed to operate the platform.
Delete My Data
Users can request deletion or review of personal data connected to their account, profile, inquiry forms, or public display. Some records may need to be retained, limited, anonymized, or marked as historical to preserve authenticity, fraud prevention, accounting records, legal compliance, chargeback handling, security logs, or public verification integrity.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request from the email connected to your TShirtTube account. Include your username and any item serial numbers, certificate links, or profile URLs you want reviewed.

- Optional profile fields and public social links you provided.
- Investor, brand, or contact inquiry submissions where retention is no longer needed.
- Public display of certain personal profile details, where legally and technically possible.
- Account data not required for security, accounting, transaction history, or verification integrity.
What may be retained
- Transaction records required for accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, chargebacks, or legal compliance.
- Product certificate history required to preserve authenticity, anti-counterfeit verification, or ownership chain integrity.
- Security logs, abuse records, or system backups retained for a limited period.
